I’m embarrassed to let you see my photo mess and sensitive content!

It’s completely normal to feel embarrassed by the current state of your photos, but please know that we are here to help, not to judge. We’ve genuinely seen it all: chaotic digital folders, boxes overflowing with prints, sensitive moments, joyous celebrations, and everything in between. Your collection’s ‘mess’ is our everyday work. Our priority is simply to help you restore order, no judgment included.

Is my data private?

Yes. All files are handled personally by us — no outsourcing. We follow UK/EU data protection guidelines and use encrypted storage where applicable.

Some of my precious memories are not in digital form, like photos and video tapes. How do I post these to you? 

We provide free insured, trackable parcel collection from your home through Royal Mail and DHL.
We will send you packaging instructions. All you need to do is print out the label and wait for the courier to arrive to pick up your parcel. We will also return these to you free of charge.

Can I start small?

Absolutely. You can begin with a few albums or a single drive and expand later.

I’m not very technical.

You don’t need to be. You just share what you have – we handle the rest with care.

Is Brexit an issue? Will there be import/ export duties?

There are no import duties between the UK and the EU, as these are personal photographs/ videos with “no commercial value”.

How safe is remote access to my computer?

We use TeamViewer, a widely recognised and robust software for remote access and support.
Access is only explicitly allowed by you at agreed-upon times. It ends the moment you close the screen-share software. You’re welcome to supervise the entire process, seeing every action we take. Feel free to disconnect instantly if you need privacy. Your photos are private and remain on your computer.

We will walk you through every step of the remote access process in simple, non-technical terms and ensure you explicitly understand and agree to the scope of access. We will define exactly what files and folders we will access and what actions we will perform.
TeamViewer provides enterprise-grade security measures suitable for our photo management services.
It is designed to be fully visible when running, with an icon in the system tray and a control panel during active sessions. This prevents covert monitoring. It is certified for compliance with various standards, including ISO 27001, HIPAA/HITECH, and GDPR, indicating a strong commitment to data protection.
